Certo, ma 1 minuto di Hollow e' una cosa rispetto a un 3x8 leg raises e personalmente saro' stato carente io ma l hollow non riuscivo a farlo più di 30 secondi a fine allenamento.
Ovviamente sono pareri personali, e' solo la mia opinione, sono ben consapevole che quando ho iniziato ero una pippa.
