Ragazzi volevo sapere se è normale che durante e dopo l'esecuzione dello squat libero sento i lombari contratti, o meglio in "pump". Cioè è normale che durante lo squat lavorino così tanto? Premetto che parlo di ripetizioni che vanno dalle 8 in giù. Io so che con lo squat si prendono tutti i muscoli del corpo, con un target principale ovviamente agli stabilizzatori della schiena.
