Ciao a tutti, ho un dubbio: Mi alleno (da 2 anni in tutto) da settembre senza alcuna tregua, domani parto e sto via per tutto il mese di agosto senza considerare che la palestra sarebbe rimasta chiusa! Sicuramente perdero' tono muscolare, ma dite che mantenendo una dieta normocalorica una pausa puo' far bene al fisico (magari troppo stressato non so)?
