io sono abbastanza allenato, e trovo comunque questi circuiti estremamente faticosi, provateli durano solo 6 min
Altro tipo di allenamento, l'ho provato per qualche mese e devo dire che da risultati immediati sotto ogni punto di vista; lo conoscete ? Che ne pensate?
consiste in circuiti di 20 min ad alta intensità, molto corpo libero, kettlebell, clubber ( delle clave in pratica), trazioni ecc...
