La suddivione muscolare non viene fatta in base alle proprie preferenze o meglio questo è solo uno degli ultimi fattori da considerare hai detto che il petto non lo vuoi fare con le spalle ecco questo è un indizio piu' concreto.
Perche' non provi:
gambe/petto/tricipiti
dorso/spalle/bicipiti.
