in definizione non abuserei troppo di tecniche intensive, io sono più propenso a fare magari un 5x6 di spinte strette e tagliare il resto.
ma aspetta anche altri pareri, magari io sono abituato ad allenarmi così e mi trovo bene, per te potrebbe essere il contrario.
comunque come alternativa abbinata alla panca stretta ci vedo meglio le spinte dietro la nuca.
