Ho finito un mese di definizione dopo un anno di massa, e ora volevo tornare in massa... Vorrei aumentare però la forza nei fondamentali prima, consigliate una normale scheda in multifrequenza o un ciclo di forza? Ho letto il thread sul cuclo di forza basato sulla tecnica ecc ma non ho capito nulla..
