ciao ragazzi, so che l addominale si fa a tavola, ma visto che va considerato e allenato come gli altri muscoli mi stavo chiedendo invece dei soliti 3x12 per 3 volte con sovraccarico è possibile allenarlo tipo con serie da 5x5 o 10 8 8 6 4 o in superserie? insomma in modi differenti dal classico 3x12? e soprattutto si otterrebbero risultati? grazie!
