Voi come vi riscaldate prima di iniziare coi pesi? Io un tempo facevo un po' di cardio (5-10 min di bike), adesso faccio una serie x 20 rip del primo esercizio. Carico molto basso. La cardio la sto lasciando tutta alla fine. Vado bene?
