A ok pefetto da ieri ho iniziato la nuova scheda che farò 3 volte a settimana rispettivamente lunedì mercoledì e sabato.
Sono ormai da 2 mesi che utilizzo la stessa scheda aumentando un po' i carichi....
Pensate che sia meglio cambiarla un po' o continuo con questa?
Pensavo di incentrarla più sui multiarticolari per fare un mesetto di forza che dite?
