Continua con le 2400 cal...essendo giovane e pesando ancora cosi poco potrebbe succedere che pian piano quei 3-4 kiletti di grasso diminuiscono anche essendo in massa.... O per meglio dire mettendo muscoli il grasso ti sembrera che diminuisca..
