Salve a tutti. Sono un novizio dei pesi (mi sono sempre allenato a corpo libero con esercizi quali muscle up, back lever, insomma esercizi del calisthenic), voglio iniziare a lavorare con i pesi. Il fatto è che sollevo poco e sono anche magro.. Vorrei incrementare i carichi e mettere su molta massa. Già per la dieta mi sto regolando, ora la questione riguarda l'allenamento. V
