Ciao a tutti ragazzi ho 18 anni è sto andando in palestra da circa 4/5 mesi per 3 e a volte 4 giorni settimanali,volevo chiedervi se qualcuno di voi può consigliarmi un buon allenamento per aumentare la forza (coi pesi) ed aumentare anche quella esplosiva (con esercizi a corpo libero). La mia idea è principalmente quella di unire i pesi facendo esercizi SOLO per la forza con altri allenamenti a corpo libero per quella esplosiva!
