Ragazzi ho visitato alcune pagine per riuscire a trovare la formula che mi permette di calcolare almeno in linea teorica il massimale di alcuni esercizi...ma ho un dubbio...questi calcoli non tengono conto del peso del bilanciere ? Perche ad ogni calcolo che faccio mi viene sempre fuori che il massimale di un esercizio che ho anche provato oggi in palestra come il curl con bilanciere EZ è dato dal solo peso dei dischi che oggi ho caricato sul bilanciere
