Scusate se insisto ma qualcuno mi può dire in definitiva le differenze sostanziali, a livello di coinvolgimento muscolare, tra squat, stacchi tradizionali (che penso sia quello a gambe flesse..no?) e leg-press 45°? Tra un po' altrimenti non ci capisco più nulla dato che ognuno la dice in modo diverso..Grazie ciao

Secondo me come coinvolgimento muscolare si può ciclizzare:
Squat tradizionale o con la cintura o ad una macchina sicura.
Pressa
squat con la shrug
stacchi sumo.
