secondo voi avere una leg ex è fondamentale per l'allenamento delle gambe? oppure ci sono esercizi che posso rimpiazzarlo (utilizzando solo bilanciere o manubri) ? se si mi dite quali ? grazie!
Se non hai un rack puoi fare ben poco...viceversa, puoi allenarti bene facendo squat, front squat, affondi bilanciere/manubri e, perché no, stacchi da terra (per questo non serve il rack)
