In effeti me l'hanno suggerito anche altri, ma è per provare.
Comunque tecnicamente credo che i tempi di recupero siano in linea tra le 2 skede, in entrambe alleno un muscolo ogni 3 giorni (2/3 di riposo).
Credo a quanto dite, ma perchè allora se mi riposo di più non riscontro una crescita di qualità?
