Ciao a tutti, volevo sapere che fisico si ottiene facendo esercizi senza troppo uso di pesi ovvero: trazioni ,piegamenti,piegamenti per tricipiti,squat con manubri da poco peso e distensioni con gli stessi manubri per le spalle. Non credo aumenti la massa però per vedere un fisico tonico e delineato va bene? soprattutto per ki fa arti marziali conviene di piu?
