non si tratta di de gustibus .. non vedo perchè si dovrebbe fare lo stacco ( uno dei fondamentali e che richiede maggiore ''sforzo'' ) dopo aver fatto un altro esercizio ...
Se uno vuole rendere particolarmente bene in esercizi come rematore e trazioni può benissimo spostare lo stacco senza perdere troppa forza. Dato che i muscoli target dello stacco sono le gambe, la schiena lavora in modo isometrico.
