sinceramente cambierei qualcosa ... dividerei le spalle tra il 1 e il 3 wo mettendo il delt ant\lat con in petto e il post con il dorso ( esercizio da aggiungere visto che non lo vedo ) . Il lento prima degli altri es per le spalle
ma veramente è fatta bn al massimo si puo dividere in 4 work e fare le spalle da sole cosi metterei il lento prima perchè sinceramente per dorso bici e spalle bisogna perdere almeno un ora e mezza di work e a me secca soprattutto d estate
