Io imposterei un lavoro di questo tipo.

5 minuti di defaticamento corsa lenta
Il tutto ripetuto per 5 volte.
Dopo questo io inserirei delle progressioni ad esempio 4 per ciascuno sui 50-100-200-300-400 metri dove devi arrivare in fondo che vomiti da quanto hai spinto.
