Sbagli tipo di lavoro se assimili cio' puoi fare in multi da cio' che puoi fare in mono.
Giocoforza in multi devi privilegiare gli esercizi base tralasciando dei complementari.
In multi inoltre dovresti (ma nn e' un dogma) riservarti del buffer , tieni conto che andrai a riallenare lo stesso gruppo dopo 3/4 giorni , nn puoi quindi spremerlo all'inverosimile.
Ok, quindi considerando di rimuovere un complementare dai gruppi grandi, mi consiglieresti di continuare con la monofrequenza o passare alla multi?
