Si hai ragione... Ma fino a che non dimagrisco del tutto non volevo affaticare le gambe, dato che corro spesso. Per il resto come ti sembra? Conta anche che ho perso circa 16kg e se vedi dei pesi che fanno ridere è perché proprio più di quello non riesco a spingere ... Grazie
