io mi alleno solitamente con 3 esercizi per muscolo x 3 serie a piramide (8-6-4) in massa, ma non saprei come fare per la cheda di forza. Quale sostanziali differenze ci sono?
3 esercizi per gruppo secondo me sono davvero troppi soprattutto se non sei più un principiante.
Se ti vuoi concentrare maggiormente sulla forza il renge di ripetizioni con cui lavorare è di 1-6.
