Quando eseguo alcuni esericizi addominali come quello crunch mani sul petto sforzo troppo il collo,cosa che penso non dovrebbe succedere.Sono io che sbaglio l'esercizio o cosa??

Quando fai il crunch metti le mani sul petto e non dietro la nuca, inoltre concentrati nel fissare un punto del soffitto e non cercare di guardarti i piedi. Insomma: Sguardo fisso e mani al petto.
