Salve ragazzi.. da quando ho iniziato a fare palestra sul serio mi sono sempre posto il problema di come fare rientrare le "ali" che sono presenti sulle mie spalle, mi potreste consigliare qualche esercizio per riempire dietro e nascondere tutto; perchè sono un po troppo sporgenti grazie
Aperture ad L per gli extrarotatori, consiglio ai cavi
Pulley alto a presa larga, alzate a 90, (rematore al collo), body row al collo per deltoidi posteriori e trapezio centrale
Adduzione scapole ai cavi alti per trapezio
Nel trattempo devi fare tutti gli esercizi con le scapole addotte (avvicinate) e il petto in fuori e alto... rematori, panche, squat, lenti, tutto mantenendo quella postura.
