Rimarresti sorpreso di quante palestre abbiano invece una pura vocazione wellness dove l'unica cosa che ricorda un concetto di allenamento con i pesi, sono alcuni manubri sparsi con tagli che raggiungono a malapena i 30kg e la classica panca piana.
Io personalmente ho faticato parecchio a trovare una Palestra dotata di Rack per eseguire Squat in primis e Lento Avanti senza massacrarmi al MP nel primo caso, o con improbabili girate al petto nel secondo.
