In questo video si vede che il tipo passa in back lever facendo passare i piedi sotto la sbarra. Io mi sto allenando per il back lever ma ho notato un problema...parto in tuck front lever poi quando i piedi arrivano alla sbarra batto con le tibie... e mi devo sforzare parecchio per farle passare Io ho sempre avuto le gambe piuttosto legate e ultimamente sto facendo parecchio stretching principalmente per i femorali...vorrei sapere per risolvere questo problema e riuscire a superare la sbarra come fa il tipo nel video su che muscoli devo "lavorare"?
