Voglio precisare che mi alleno tanto con i piedi intraruotati quanto con i piedi extraruotati.
Come ti ho già risposto nell'altro forum è solo una questione di una forma di esecuzione sbagliata.
Quando fai quyesto esercizio cerca di appoggiare bene l'avampiede e di tenere il piedi dritto.
