Se senti dolore o instabilità alla spalla allora cambia esercizio oppure diminuisci il carico e vedi se è una questione di ingestibilità del carico da te usato.
Per la seconda domanda devi vedere tu come ti trovi...
abbasso il carico e mi faccio assistere.
Solitamente non ho mai avuto grossi problemi di recupero tranne dopo la prima sett di una nuova scheda.. E' che non vorrei fosse pure controproducente -.- staremo a vedere.
