ciao a tutti mi sto allenando per mettere su massa muscolare...con tutti i gruppi muscolari me la sto cavando(ho già visto qualche miglioramento) ma gli addominali proprio nn riesco ad allenarli bene...il giorno dopo nn sento neanche quasi mai dolore...mi potete fare una scheda efficace x allenare anche gli addominali????grazie in anticipo
