ciao ragazzi..mi chiamo rudy ho 17 anni...è da 2 mesi k faccio palestra,e da una settimana che ho iniziato a leggere i vostri post...la mia domanda è....siccome mi sono allenato non proprio bene in questi 2 mesi volevo kiedervi se iniziare dall'inizio o andare avanti col 3 mese di programma proposto di blackbart?comunque..non ho capito quanto bisogna aspettare da un ex all'altro...
ps un mio amico ha il braccio di 35 cm in mezzo anno di palestra...è normale arrivarci cosi velocemente o prende qualcosa o ha genetica a favore?
