Stasera devo fare le gambe, e come esercizio ho:
"Leg ext un'unica serie in stripping, partendo dal max consentito per 10 rip, scarichi 5kg a botta dopo aver raggiunto il cedimento, sosta tra le serie 15""
Non so se ho capito bene, ma devo trovare il peso che mi faccia fare massimo 10 ripetizioni, poi mi riposo 15", tolgo 5kg e rifaccio la serie fino al cedimento? Poi mi riposo altri 15", tolgo 5kg e rifaccio fino al cedimento? Quante "serie" devo fare? Fino a quando il peso è a 5kg?
