vorrei un consiglio su questo modo di allenare i gruppi muscolari:
lunedì:
- pettorali
- spalle
- tricipiti
mercoledì:
- gambe
- addominali
venerdì:
- dorsali
- bicipiti
Non esiste un metodo universale per allenare i muscoli quello da te esposto è il classico sistema che raggruppa tutti gli esercizi di spinta in una sessione e quelli di trazione nell'altra e direi che in linea di massima puo' funzionare .. ma non ancorati in un solo e unico sistema!
