Quando faccio panca avverto un fastidio alla scapola destra, la sento molto meno "mobile" della sinistra.
Esistono esercizi per migliorare la situazione? (da fare prima o dopo wo)
Impugnatura presa larga prona, braccia semi tese. Da questa posizione muovi solo le scapole dall'alto in basso. Tieni presente che il movimento è solo di qualche centimetro.
