è uno dei concetti più complicato dei pesi, l'unica è studiartelo tu... non ti si può dire "allenati X e aspetta Y prima di riallenarti".. cerca sul blog di ironpaolo, ci sono parecchie cose a riguardo, ma non aspettarti una guida su cosa fare, c'è solo da provare a capire.
