Ciao a tutti, qualcuno può consigliarmi una scheda per massa e forza per allenamenti in casa, possibilmente tre settimanali? Dispongo solamente di panca Bench 850, lat tower, Scott, manubri, bilanciere, bilanciere Curl e vari pesi. Mi alleno da sei mesi con due esercizi per fascia muscolare, composti da tre serie ciascuno da dieci ripetizioni. Vorrei cambiare scheda, ma non sono molto pratico. Spero possiate essermi d’aiuto, grazie.
