però 4x8 3x6 2x4 non mi piace...meglio 5x4 6x2 8x2
il MAV è parte di una progressione di 12 settimane...io ho fatto il MAV e il Vo BO (lo sto facendo) ma mi manca la fase iniziale, che farò dopo il Vo Bo...reiniziando tutto da capo...se una roba funzia...perchè toglierla?
