Ragazzi, posso prendere il ragazzo del video come esempio per fare affondi al multi? Purtroppo in palestra non ho il rack, ma ho letto che gli affondi al multi non sono dannosi.
la dinamica esecutiva è pressoché la stessa dello squat, se noti poi il tipo nel video non va nemmeno sotto il parallelo. La differenza che può renderli meno dannosi sta nel peso più basso, quello sicuramenta aiuta. Però dato che si parla di affondi, tanto vale farli liberi e li riesci a fare meglio

Ma allora dici che lo faccio con manubri e senza bilanciere? Perchè non ho un rack!
Sempre per non annoiarsi si può provare il jefferson squat: come complementare è interessante perchè oltre a essere "poco tecnico" (il carico si bilancia da solo) permette di andare a cedimento in assoluta sicurezza.
Fondamentalmente è uno squat quindi, rispetto agli affondi, recluta più i quads che i femorali.
