la forza resistente non la devi allenare con i pesi, ma sul ring e nell'allenamento specifico, se la alleni con i pesi ti sfianchi e basta e negli allenamenti rendi poco. Tu devi migliorare la tua capacità di utilizzare i tuoi muscoli e la loro esplosività.
