ciao vi volevo chiedere ke cosa posso fare per definire l'interno delle cosce perche rispetto al resto della gamba( che è piuttosto def.)c'è un bel po di ciccia!
la mia scheda per le gambe attuale è:
leg curl 3*12
squat 4*15-12-10-10
leg ext 3*12-10-8
a fine workout 20 min cyclette!

Esegui prima lo squat oppure la leg extension in superset con lo squat se preaffatichi prima i femorali con il leg curl lo squat ne risentira' senza contare che rischi di farti male.
Per perdere la ciccia si dovrebbe innanzitutto pianificare un programma alimentare supportato da delle sessioni cardio (brevi 15-20) dopo i pesi.
