io le facevo alternate coi manubri, se posso darti un consiglio in massa non eseguire questo esercizio, perchè se già nella tua scheda esegui il lento avanti e magari anche le distensioni su panca inclinata il deltoide anteriore lavora parecchio...magari fallo quando ti definisci, 2x10 può andare!

Concordo con KPaolo.
Le alzate frontali sono tra gli esercizi più inutili che possano essere stati inventati dato che la zona anteriore del deltoide è sempre pesantemente stressata ed è inutile andarla a lavorare direttamente.
