Salve, volevo sottoporvi un problema che ho notato nell'esecuzione del pullover con manubrio. In pratica mi capita di sentire molto lo sforzo sui tricipiti piuttosto che sul dorso...ma è normale?
Ok che l'esercizio allena anch'essi ma in teoria i muscoli più coinvolti dovrebbero essere i dorsali, no?
Ho trovato il modo giusto di eseguirlo: praticamente ho notato che quando uno scende bisogna flettere leggermente i gomiti,cioè le braccia non devono stare completamente bloccate. Così facendo ho, in parte risolto il problema.
