prova a fare 4 o 5 serie con soli 30 secondi di pausa....usa 6 kg...la prima serie ti sembrera facile,ma poi gia dalla seconda serie dovresti percepire un bruciore notevole....con pause piu brevi sei costretto ad usare meno peso,ma dovresti riuscire a gestire meglio le ultime e faticose serie...ah e ricorda che il trucco per fare in modo efficace le alzate laterali è tenere il mignolo piu in alto del pollice nella fase finale dell'alzata..in parole povere mentre aalzi le braccia lateralmente fai finta di fare il "pollice verso"...
