Mi alleno sempre e solo con full-body, cercando di avvicinarmi allo stile HIT il più possibile.
L'anno scorso per staccare un pò dalla tabella e allenarmi sulla concentrazione "dentro" l'esercizio, eseguivo questa scheda.
squat 1x20
parallele 1 x max
trazioni inverse 1 x max
lento avanti 1 x max
Side band 1 x 15 per lato.
Mi sono allenato per 5 mesi con 2 schede Full composte da 4 esercizi base una sola volta alla settimana.
Ottimo per la forza un po' meno per l'ipertrofia tuttavia ritengo che per soggetti veramente duri a crescere sia l'ideale
