ciao!! gentilmente qualcuno puo' consigliarmi come e' possibile ridurre la differenza tra il braccio destro e il sinistro?? sono 7 anni che faccio palestra e la situazione peggiora sempre piu'... grazie ah usando solo manubri non e' servito...
parecchio sia come aspetto sia come forza...in pratica negli esercizi agli attrezzi spingo prevalentemente col destro e questo mi frega tanto che se ad esempio alla fine ci piazzo un lento con i manubri il destro(quello grosso) fa una fatica boia a farli perche' gia' stressato mentre col sinistro che e' il piu' debole li faccio tranquillamente..!
