E' di fatto irrilevante, hai ragione. I picchi ormonali sono strettamente collegati con i ritmi circadiani e avvengono di norma durante il sonno (quelli di testosterone e gh che sono più importanti per noi, sono regolati di fatto dal sonno). Allenatevi quando siete più freschi
