io preferisco aumentare le sedute di allenamento ed evitare l'attività aerobica. Divido la scheda in tre giorni e la ripeto 2 volte durante la settimana, quindi riposo solo la domenica.
niente cardio=più volume
faccio cardio solo se devo bruciare i muscoli per entrare in categoria.
