Oltre al calf unilaterale riuscite a fare qualcos'altro? ho provato il calf da seduto appoggiandomi un manubrio sul quadricipite ma non lo sentivo lavorare bene... ed i tibiali vale la pena allenarli per uno che ha i polpacci piccoli?
