infatti cosi' e',ho piu' o meno 60/65 minuti in pausa pranzo ,40 di allenamento e il resto doccia ect ,l'unico giorno diciamo libero come tempo e' il sabato,ma essendo abituato cosi' ormai anche al sabato mi alleno alla stessa maniera e i carichi sono medio alti almeno per me.
c'è un tipo di wo adattissimo ai tuoi limiti di tempo.

in 40' di wo non puoi sperare di fare nulla di meglio....però ti richiede di cambiare completamente l'approccio all'allenamento.
